Anna Nicole Smith: Viewed gay videos of two important men in her life?

By now you may have heard that former MSNBC journalist Rita Crosby has written a book. You may even have heard that the book has caused an uproar within the estate of recently deceased Anna Nicole Smith. The book alleges that Larry Birkhead, proven to be the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl Dannielynn and Howard K. Stern, Smith’s significant other (with whom she had a “commitment ceremony”) were gay lovers who frequently performed oral sex on each other, and that Smith would often watch videos of the pair engaged in sexual acts.

From AceShowbiz:

It is revealed in the book how Anna and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home. "Their bodies were intermingled," Rita wrote in her book quoting revelations by Jackie Hatten, a woman who claimed herself as Smith's best friend. "It was obvious what was happening."

The book also claims that Stern and Birkhead had an agreement that Birkhead would get the baby and that Stern would be named the executor of Smith’s estate, in an effort to manipulate the media and maximize profits.

The information about Birkhead and Stern being gay lovers came first from Jackie Hatten, who describes herself as a “onetime friend” of Anna. Hatten’s brother is currently in prison for stalking and threatening Smith. A onetime nanny who worked for Smith allegedly walked in on Anna Nicole laying on her bed, laughing to the video of Birkhead and Stern engaged in sexual acts with one another. Where Rita Crosby got all the pieces of this bizarre puzzle to put together in her book will probably never be known. But Hatten describes Crosby as being “very credible”, and says she’s confident that the facts in the book are true.

Birkhead and Stern have threatened to sue Crosby, due to the allegations in the book. Crosby was quoted by WTOP NEWS as saying:

"We also knew what Birkhead would say because we've seen him inconsistent on many other things," she told AP Tuesday, adding that the book cites numerous sources and was "carefully vetted through attorneys at our publishing house."

"I have nothing to hide," she said. "I make no apologies for the book, and at the end of the day, the American public will see that these two men conspired to fool us all."

Jenna Jameson: Did she really remove the implants?

Jenna Jameson, born Jennifer Marie Massoli on April 9, 1974, rose to fame as a porn star after appearances in men’s magazines such as Hustler and Penthouse. Jameson also founded multi media adult entertainment company ClubJenna, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is famous among adults who view adult films, and people who are curious about the adult film industry are familiar with her name.

This year, Jameson decided to retire from adult filmmaking. After all, she’s 33 years old now, and we all know the porn industry focuses predominantly on very young men and women; most in their very early 20s. To mark this decision, Jameson decided to remove her signature DD breast implants and, it is reported, go back to her own natural C cup breasts.

But did she really remove the implants? There are people who believe that Jameson simply reduced the size of her implants. Her perfectly rounded, now C cup breasts still bear the artificial “ball shape” that trademarks manufactured breasts. And although it was plastic surgeon Garth Fisher who “removed” the implants in a three hour surgery, the lack of visible scarring and drooping that can be seen on the breasts in Jameson’s “bikini shot” (shown here) seem to indicate that there wasn’t much need for the skin tucks and nipple jobs that would have been necessary to completely remove DD sized implants. Breast skin (like skin anywhere else on the body) once it’s stretched, does not simply “bounce back” to its original size in a short amount of time. Like a three hour surgery.

Jameson reports that she felt uncomfortable when she had implants, and unless she was at an adult film convention, she’d wear high necked clothing to hide her assets. She claims to have been shy at the beach. When jogging, she reports, she had to hold on to her breasts. She says she is now able to stand up straighter. Jameson is happy with her body and says she feels like she did when she was 17. But are the now-smaller breasts really her own? We might never know for sure.

Mary Kate and...Ghandi??

Mary Kate Olsen has a new movie coming out. No big deal there, right? However, in THIS movie the 21 year old Mary Kate, who still looks like a teenager, has a passionate kissing scene with none other than Ben Kingsley. Ben Kingsley? You mean the guy who won an oscar for playing Ghandi in the movie four years before Mary Kate and her twin sister Ashley, were born? Yep. That’s the one!

The movie is called the Wackness, and is slated to come out in 2008. It’s supposed to be a comedy. The movie was filmed last week, and in an interview a few days later, Kingsley was quoted as saying this about Olsen and the scene: “It went extremely well and she was very focused. She was very good, very professional. She was quite wonderful.” (Yeah, Ben. I’ll bet she was.)

In the movie, Kingsley’s character is a therapist. He forms a friendship with a teenaged drug dealer, who uses pot as barter for therapy sessions. (A pot smoking psychologist? It’s for medicinal purposes, right? Uh, huh.) Mary Kate’s character is one of the male drug dealer’s customers. The movie previews don’t expound on how the gangly looking Mary Kate winds up kissing a man three times her age. Apparently, the interaction between the young girl and the grandfatherly therapist lasts only a few seconds and then the characters never see each other again.

“It’s for a few seconds and then we disappear and we never see each other in the movie.” Kingsley says “But she is a trigger into my quest for happiness.” (You mean the pot didn’t cut it?) We can only imagine how a senior citizen ends up in a passionate lip-lock with a girl who looks young enough to be “carded” in the bars.

Mary Kate Olsen got her start on the television sit com “Full House” in a role she shared with her twin sister Ashley. Recently, the pair appeared opposite each other in the 2004 movie “New York Minute”.

Tim Donaghy, former NBA referee, pleads guilty to felony charges

Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy pleaded guilty to two felony charges Wednesday for betting on the league’s basketball games during his time working as an official. The charges came about during an investigation of the Gambino crime family in Brooklyn, New York. Donaghy, who had been making bets on the NBA games didn’t hesitate to wager on the games he worked.

The FBI first contacted the NBA on June 20 to discuss one of the referees who had allegedly been gambling on the games. Donaghy resigned July 9 after 13 years as an NBA official. NBA commissioner David Stern said he would have fired Donaghy sooner, but was told that might affect the investigation. Stern also said that the NBA would “continue with our ongoing and thorough review of the league’s officiating program to ensure that the best possible policies and procedures are in place to protect the integrity of our game.”

Donaghy would speak in code during telephone conversations to tip off high stakes gamblers with information on the inside and gave them recommendations on which teams would be profitable bets. When Donaghy’s picks hit, he was paid $5,000.

“By having this nonpublic information, I was in a unique position to predict the outcome of NBA games,” Donaghy said to the judge in the Brooklyn courtroom on Wednesday.
Donaghy was released on $250,000 bond. He faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced November 9 for conspiracy to engage in wire fraud and transmitting betting information through interstate commerce. He also will be required to pay a $500,000 fine and at least $30,000 in restitution to the government.

According to court papers, Donaghy, who is 40 years old, began placing bets on NBA games in 2003. Last December, he began giving gambling associates sensitive, “inside” information, which included the crews who would officiate the games, and the ways that the players and the various officials interacted.

Donaghy’s two alleged co-conspirators are James Battista, a professional gambler with the nicknames “Baba” and “Sheep” and Thomas Martino. The pair also appeared in court on Wednesday and were released on $250,000 bail after their arraignment on charges to defraud the NBA. None of the defendants in this case was charged with organized crime affiliation.
